This activity is for those freedivers who are already certified and are familiar with training standards and safety measures.
During these sessions our instructors will lead you to improve your technique giving personalized advice on how to identify and solve your problems: equalization techniques, free-fall, relaxation and mental barriers blocking your natural improvement.
